Varun Mitra was born on October 20 in Delhi, India. He did his tutoring at The Shri Ram School, Moulsari, and moved on from Delhi University.

Varun was tried out and picked to have a program, Two for the Road for NDTV, where he would investigate the town on a cart across his auto culture.
From that point onward, he drew nearer for an alternate NDTV show called Great Drives, supported by Tata Safari, where he would be on a street in better places and far off areas for ten days.
